Jeanne’s approach to every case centers on the simple, yet often overlooked question: “What makes the most sense?” Some litigators forget to stop and consider whether the legal process helps their clients. Jeanne never does, and always keeps the big picture at the forefront of every case.
Jeanne has a wide breadth of experience. She has represented large and small companies, individuals, financial institutions, and investors in matters ranging from real estate disputes, tort claims, breach of contract claims, and debtor-creditor matters. Jeanne is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in both Oregon and Washington, and frequently represents clients in adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.
Before Wildwood, Jeanne was a partner at Miller Nash. A native of Chicago, Jeanne grew up in Ogden, Utah, and met her ski-obsessed husband at the University of Utah when they were undergrads. When not working, Jeanne spends her time fixing up her 1911 Portland home, stepping on her boys’ Legos, surviving Orange Theory classes, and drinking wine with her girlfriends.
Jeanne has been recognized by Oregon SuperLawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2011. In 2018, Benchmark Litigation named her to the 40 and Under Hotlist.
