Meghan is a business transactional attorney with the experience and insight to assist clients in all aspects of running a business, including strategic planning, commercial transactions, and corporate governance. Meghan collaborates with clients and their advisory teams to structure, negotiate, and document acquisitions, spin-offs and sales, growth and transition plans, and strategic partnerships.

In addition to general business matters, Meghan has significant experience with financial and real estate transactions. For these transactions, Meghan has been on both sides of the equation. Whether it is lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, or buyers and sellers, Meghan is skilled in providing customized and practical guidance.

Meghan’s approach is informed by her experience serving as outside in-house counsel for a number of clients. Through these experiences, Meghan gained valuable insight into legal issues commonly facing organizations as well as a deep understanding of challenges faced by businesses of all sizes.

Before Wildwood, Meghan was a partner at Miller Nash. A native of Boston, Meghan met her husband Sean while attending college in Colorado. After college, they returned to her hometown where she attended law school and practiced law at a Boston law firm. A few years later, Meghan and Sean jumped at an opportunity to move to the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, Meghan spends time with Sean, their two young sons, and their dog. You can usually find them outside at a park or inside building Legos or reading books.
